Abby Goodman Wilson
Abby is a native Memphian with deep roots in the city. She is a graduate of Ridgeway High School and The College of Charleston (Go Cougars!), where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Upon graduation, she returned to Memphis and embarked on the adventure of entrepreneurship! She opened Meals In Motion, LLC, a revolutionary multi-restaurant delivery service. She grew Meals In Motion, from its founding in 2009 until 2017 when she decided to explore a new path in life.
Abby’s path led her to The Capital Grille where she further honed her hospitality skills. It was there that she was recruited into Family Law. Abby served as Manager of Operations for Miles Mason Family Law Group for 2.5 years where she was responsible for all aspects of case management and client communication.
In the spring of 2018, Abby married the love of her life, John Wilson. In late 2019 they welcomed their precious little boy, Johnny, to the world. Johnny joined his “fur-sibling” CharlieDog, to complete the Wilson household.
Abby is an avid runner, earning the title of Road Warrior through the Memphis Runner Track Club multiple times. Abby also enjoys cooking, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
