Paul has been with Shoemaker Financial since 1992. He is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of Securian Financial Services. Paul is a member of Premier Resource Group (a study group of successful financial advisors) He has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional since 1996 and is a Certified Long Term Care Specialist. He is also a partner at Shoemaker Financial.

Paul received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Martin as well as an M.B.A. from the University of Mississippi.

Paul is a member of the Rivercity Kiwanis Club as well as a member of the Chamber of Commerce. He is also a board member of his church –Church on the Rock located in Savannah, TN. He is married to Tanya Rich and has three children (Emily, Will, and Austin).
