Cleo Holder joined the Shoemaker Financial Team in October 2007, bringing 27 years of experience in the financial services industry. He previously was a co-founding owner, financial operations principal and president of Charter Financial Group in Newburgh, Indiana. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, Cleo provides comprehensive financial services by helping individuals, families and businesses align their financial resources with their goals and values. He is a Registered Representative of Securian Financial Services, Inc.

He has taught courses on a variety of financial strategies at numerous universities and major corporations such as UE, USI, VU, Brescia College, Alcoa and Whirlpool. He continues to serve the community by educating individuals through employee-specialized seminars, workshops and financial classes.

Community involvement is very important to Cleo. He currently serves or has served on the board of Youth Inc, GEM Ministries, Warrick County 4-H Clubs, Castle Band Boosters, and is a founding member of Kingdom Advisors. He is a member of First Christian Church Newburgh and has served as chairman of the Elders. Through his ministry at First Christian he has taught several classes including Financial Peace University, Crown Financial Study and 48 Days To The Work You Love.

Cleo is currently fulfilling his dream of becoming a pilot and enjoys spending time with his wife, Carol, children and grandchildren.
