Bill has been in the financial services industry since 1980 and with Shoemaker Financial since February 1, 1984. He became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional in 1986. Bill holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 Registrations and is licensed to sell Life, Health, Long Term Care, Disability Insurance, Fixed Annuities and Variable Annuities. He is a registered representative of Securian Financial Services. Bill works with Business Executives and Business Owners and other individuals to help achieve their retirement goals.

Bill received a B.S. from The University of Tennessee, a second undergrad in accounting at The University of Memphis and an M.B.A. in Finance from The University. Bill began his financial services career in 1973 as a bond portfolio manager with Interstate Life Insurance Company in Chattanooga. Later he joined Shoemaker Financial in Germantown as a Financial Advisor and has been growing with the firm since 1984. He has seen many changes in the industry over those years and can bring both an extensive knowledge as well as experience to the aid of the clients he serves.

Bill enjoys traveling with his wife, Jeanne. He also enjoys playing golf, hiking, sailing and spending time with his grandkids. He is a member of Windyke country Club and serves his church by teaching members Biblical stewardship through Crown Ministries.
