The Advisor Resource Center (ARC) serves as the operational division of Shoemaker Financial providing support for our internal (advisors) and external clients (clients of the firm). It is the mission of the ARC to become the model Service Department by enhancing our processes, standards and communication. The department strives to take initiative and become proactive to ensure each case is handled in the most timely manner and to create a pleasant experience for all internal and external clients.
The department comprises two integral sub-departments of the firm; Investment Advisory Department and the Underwriting Department. These two sub-departments ensure timely processing of all business and service requests submitted by Shoemaker Advisors. Each of these sub-departments will be described individually in further detail below; each section will highlight the responsibilities, processes, standards and systems of each department.
